Golden blond beer with a beautiful firm, white head and an aroma of vanilla, white pepper and some fruity scents. The main palate is soft sweet, creamy with a moderate alcohol impression. The aftertaste, on the other hand, is softly bitter with flavors of stone fruits, mainly peach and nectarine. In short, a tasteful and gentle blond with a complaisant character.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden. Distinct citric nose with some floral buckwheat. Dry and slender, soft and attractive. Nicely drinkable with notes of lime juicy and tangerine. Some late bitterness. Not muchn depth, but wonderful drinkability and relaxed character.

Huge, just off-white head leaving lots of lace over hazed, yellow to golden beer. Bit doughy nose, very unobtrusive, finally citrus(peel) emerging, hints at coriander. Spicy, and again doughy flavour; thankfully more peppery than coriander; white candi sugar, but not dominating the maltcharacter. A vegetable hopbitterness in the finish. Feels more carbonated than it looks, spritzy. Medium bodied all the same. Balance seems quite OK. But once more, a beer from 13 to the dozen. What makes it so difficult to make one that bowls one over?

Clear, blond body. White frothy head. Yeasty, citric aroma. Lightly bitter, lightly sweet flavour: bit alcoholic. Not very complex, quite ok balanced. Not very pronounced.
