Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

Clear yellowy gold pour from bottle, white head. Some grassy grainy notes, a German hops finish. Pretty good pils

can. somewhat foggy gold pour with a medium white head that soon recedes. The aroma is somewhat perfumy with limes and musty mixed citrus. The taste also features limes with some herbal hops. The palate is crisp and clean. Finishes short and dry. Overall: OK brew, its a different take on the venerable ol' pils and I kinda like it.

Heavy bread and yeast aroma, typical of a pilsener. Pours dark amber with a thin white head, heavy carbonation. Tastes like a pilsener with an aftertaste of bread. Palate is unique for this style, very subtle hints of dry hops on the back of the tongue. Well crafted Americanized version of a pilsener, (Superior to the Sierra Nevada summerfest, a similar attempt), excellent beer

Enjoyed a can at Sunset Grille & Tap Room in Stowe, VT on our Easter weekend trip 2018. Hazy golden-orange colour with a creamy-frothy head, long lasting and dirty lacing. Cereal aromas with sweet pils notes. Refreshing mouthfeel with a bigger dry finish than most for the style. Citrus taste notes with some decent spicy pils hops. A good copier, sweeter, dryer Pilsner.

Hazed golden color with a fine white head. Looks good. Nice fresh aroma. Ok intensity. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Good balanced sweetness versus bitterness. Lasting tail. Citric, malty and fruity flavor. Lovely refreshing beer.
