Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours an almost clear pale yellow with a rough, white head. Lovely hop aroma, somewhat perfumy. Medium body, a dry maltiness with a perfumy hoppiness that really lasts throughout. Lovely. 300514

The beer starts nice floral, hoppy pine flavours together with resin hints. The mainpart is highly drinkable, nicely bitter hopped and great floral resin hop aroma. The aftertaste is long, intense resin hops, crisp and highly drinkable.

Six pack purchased WorldWide Wine Cellars, Tolland, CT. After a marathon of heavy beers I picked this up for the lightness. Aroma is moderately toasted, hay, and light grass hops. The flavor is much of the same as the aromas. Light body with a dry texture. Hop character lingers just slightly. Honestly this delivered what I was expecting.

Bottle at Sander’s in NYC. Pours.eqr, rich yellow with a moderate, frothy white head. Crispy pale malts in the nose, some grass, hay. Light sweet flavor with sturdy, grassy bitterness, dry hay, lemon rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Strong grassy bitter finish with dry pale malts, light crispy cereal. A bit too bitter but nice overall.
