75 cl bottle (4,8%) @ home, BBE 15.02.2013
Quite light aroma with some soapy fruits and peach. Flavour is bitter in a bit harsh way with soapy citrus, nettles and gooseberry bush. Also a slight feeling of bretta. Citrus and bretta notes get stronger with yeast added. Closer to a farmhouse-style saison than golden ale.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Pours a murky brown orange with a white head. Smells of pine resin, marmalade, lots of bitter hops, fruity, grapefruit and yeast. Taste is bitter pine resin, grapefruit, it is full on bitter, bitter marmalade, orange peel, some floral nature and fruitiness. Very drying and a bit hop hazy body. Good, hoppy, light beer, this is neat stuff.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012.

24/09/2012 on tap @ Bir&Fud (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca abbondante, abbastanza persistente.
