Pumpkin Imperial Stout with habanero chili.
Russian Imperial Stout with pumpkin and habaneros. Made by Shelton Brothers’ very own Robert Merryman and some friends before he left Spain. If you like big stouts this is pretty killer. You don’t really notice the pumpkin but you would if it wasn’t in there. Dark chocolate and smoke notes in the nose, some roasted malt. The hot pepper creeps up on you but it’s not over the top.

From tap at Fermentoren, Århus. As "Napar Pumpkin Tzar 2016". Aroma is roasted malt, strong liquorice, chili peppers, booze, dark chocolate, mild spicy notes. Flavour is sweet with a long chili burn in the finish. Some heavy booze. Body is full. Nice chili burn, but it’s a bit too heavy on the booze and liquorice for me to be a true winner.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Opaque black coloured brew with an dry bitter taste and hints of roasted malts, chocolate and an very subtle use of chili.

Sort med rødlig kort topp som klinger seg til kanten av glasset. Aroma; Lakris, kaffe, vanilje, karamell, chilli. Smak; Gresskar, kaffe, lakris, karamell, vanilje, Chili Kraftig, sterk, varmer godt i halsen av chili. Godt balansert, lang ettersmak. Myk i munnfølelse. Utløpt dato - dato unknown.

Bardzo fajny czekoladowy agresywny dzięki podkręceniu przez papryczki imperial stout. W nosie ziemisto-dyniowy , czekolada , likierowa alkoholowość. Do powolnego sączenia na wieczór świetny.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day two, 09/09/2017. A dark brown black coloured pour iwth a light tan head. Aroma is nutty brown malts, brown sugars, apple, Flavour is composed of cherry wood, brown malts, brown sugars and spicy finish. Palate is semi sweet sticky moderate carbonation, good enough.
