19/V/14 - 50cl bottle from ZBF 2014 (Leuven) @ home - BB: n/a (2014-511)
Clear yellow blond beer, irregular big fizzy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of bubble gum, fruity, some prunes, bretta, Orval touch, sourish, some vinegar. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little sourish start, vinegar, artificial brett notes, lemony, some overripe fruits, unpleasant barn yard taste. Aftertaste: sourish, vinegar, rotting berries, bit spicy, coriander, all of that overpowered by what I think might be an infection.
