Hop Riot IPA is our flagship beer. Brewed in the American IPA style with a definitive "Left Coast" attitude. We brew our IPA with an aggressive bitterning level which is complimented and balanced by a defined malt backbone. Our final signature is the dry hop step where fresh hops are immersed in the finished beer to provide the floral and citrus aromas of our IPA, a Hop Riot indeed.

Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, orange, biscuity malt, caramel, pine, leaves, some floral notes, hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a medium bitter finish. Too malty and sweet, but still drinkable. Not a "hop riot" at all.

(bottle, 66cl) Cloudy, amber colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy layer. Bready malty nose with piney and slightly fruity hops. Bitter and mildly sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Dry-ish malt character with cautious hints of caramel and a good dash of piney, herbal-spicy hops; moderately bitter and herbal hoppy finish. 20.VI.16

Hazy amber with almost no head. Aroma is caramel sweets, with wood and forest aroma. Some more hoppy fruity stuff as well. Malty sweetness and with some more fruity sweet and sourness. Long finish with more of everything. Still good to drink and overall very nice.

Pour is a cloudy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a pretty decent fresh juicy fruit hop. Flavor is again a fresh and fruity hop with a dry malt. This is my kind of IPA. A decent although not huge hop presence there is no sweet heavy malt to get in the hops way to the palate.

0.65 l bottle from Pivoteka Zagreb. Shared with Vi?nja. Thanks! Murky golden with small off white head. Citrus hops, grapefruit, brown sugar. Topical aromas, but also malts. Strawberry and biscuit. Medium hopped, strong malty background. More hops in nose then in mouth, but a hoppy finish is developed. Medium body, good bitter/sweet balance. A serious beer.
