On tap @ the brewery. Dark amber colour with a beige head, easy formation and good lasting, creamy with small bubbles. Aroma is toasted malts, ripe fruit, slightly sweet with caramel notes. Flavor has notes of toasted bread, chocolate plumbcake, ripe fruit, and slightly bittery. The final is very sweet but not cloying with a good duration,. Creamy and rounded on palate with a low carbonation.
