Mosaic Wheat IPA... A thick creamy IPA with wheat malt and torrified wheat. Mosaic leaf in the kettle, Mosaic BBC and Cryo on the cold side giving out a complex profile of mango, blueberry, bubblegum, stone fruit and earthy pine.

440ml Can - Murky golden with a white head. Passion fruit, blueberries and some slightly oniony hints in the aroma. Hoppy taste with passion fruit, grapefruit, blueberries and some oniony hints. Not bad but the oniony notes lower the score a bit.

Can at home in Barbados, 27th August 19. Pours a lovely hazy straw colour. Aroma is grainy, floral, perfume, orange, onion. Taste is stunning, complex, floral, onion, citrus, orange flower, bitterness in the finish. Delicious and different IPA.

Can, 7%. Hazy yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, juicy and tropical fruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, juicy, fruit peel, grapefruit, tropical fruit, sweet and a little bitter.

Can from Honest Brew. Milky golden body with a thin off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple, peach and custard. Flavour of orange, nectarine and grassy hops. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Punchy and fruity.
