Borefts VII. Day 2. Keg. Hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, dry and fairly crisp. Nice mild brett blends well with lemony citrus, a little orange in there too. Nice mild savoury note. Dry crisp finish.

Keg at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 26/09/15. Very lightly hazed orange with a moderate off White covering. Nose is brett forward, pissy straw, funky rags, light floral notes. Taste comprises earthy notes, light dung, funky brett scrapings, soured citric sherbets. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying. Decent bretty sessioner ... plenty of depth for the ABV.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Borefts 2015. Day 1. Citrus golden. Nose is old mop brett, lemon, citrus, zest, dough. Taste is sweetish mop brett, some dough, candy, odd dough, yeast, sweetish. Yeasty body. Not the biggest fan of the brett profile & there is a lot of it. Not really for me. I do get the potential appeal.
