Clear and golden in appearance. Both the aroma and flavour have an unpleasant grassiness. There is a light hoppiness in the background but overall it feels like a mess.

At Borefts. APA with lacing, creamy, off-white head and lightly hazy ’old gold’ colour. Aroma of orange peel, gooseberry, sourdough, apple, hay; fruity onset but clean and only restrainedly sweet, smooth oily body, hint of pineapple, caramelly and biscuity maltiness, mild citrusy and spicy hop bitter finish, less aromatic than many other examples of the style and not (enough) deeply bittering, perhaps. Decent but I expected more, considering the sublime quality I have encountered in some other beers by this brewery before.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Borefts 2015. Day 1. Hazy orange, little white head. Served overly cold, nose is just lightly metallic, touch herbal, very mild hops, sweetish; Taste is cold, iron, caramel, sweetish biscuit, light bitterness, touch oily hops, yeasty. Body is a bit yeasty, touch iron. Okay, touch dull. Hair of the Dog seems to either astonish or disappoint me. Odd, below expectations for sure.
