Mikkeller er klar med endnu en IPA, der ikke er bange for at leve op til navnet. Humlen er som den skal være: aromatisk, amerikansk og aggressiv, så man ikke er i tvivl om hvad man nyder. For nyde er hvad Green Gold ligger op til. Karamelmaltens sødme og fylde danner en lækker bund, der rammer smagsløgene, inden humleeksplosionen sætter ind, og som rydder op igen, og balancerer det samlede indtryk, så man kun har lyst til én ting, nemlig endnu en tår. De lækre amerikanske humler simcoe, amarillo og cascade giver masser af citrusnoter, men kæler også for din tunge med fersken og grannuancer samt masser af friskhed.

Bottled version, little extra - though expired, BB: 11/2019 - from a Gedeelde Vreugde delivery. Many thanks! Pours hazy orange with s mall, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of old mango, orange, grapefruit peel, hashish, cake, apricot. Taste has sweetish mango & apricot, bitter pine & herbs in a very yeasty, biscuity malty profile. Dry, peppery hoppy finish, lingering yeast, old yellow fruit. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Classic IPA with a 'dirty' Belgian feel to it, okay-ish.

(On tap - apparently a Danish Israeli collaboration) Clear Ambre with good white had. Nice citrus and grapefruit aroma with floral hints. Medium body with good carbonation. Again citrus / grapefruit at the start. Some nice caramel sweetness. Restrained pleasant bitterness in finish. Very nice.

Hazy amber, creamy ivory head. Big smooth amber fruity malts, just a bit of ripe citrus behind, some pine. Not as sweet, în decât the malts let the body down a bit, making feel thinnish. Big piney bitterness. Nice old school ish IPA.

Keg at Brewdog Camden. Dark amber coloured, slghtly cloudy with shiny frothy golden head. Aroma is resin hops. In fact loads of hops. Taste has the expected bitterness, lots of malty sweetness. FInish is long and malty, and also unexpectedly slightly roasty. Strange sweetness. On tap at 100 pív Nice bitter piece. Hoppy, high bitterness with bitter end. Actually it's all about hops and I really like it. Cheers to Mikkeller
