L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il gusto al naso riporta sensazioni di riso. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine medie e bassa carbonazione resiste poco. La frizzantezza è data da bollicine medie e poche, dalla carbonazione praticamente piatta. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è leggera e la persistenza gustativa è corta. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante. Il retrogusto è leggero. In bocca i sentori sono di pane e frumento.

Bottle from my local kebab spot. Light grass and grainy malt on the nose with a slight bit of skunkiness. Fairly good malt character and light grassy hops on the palate. Average carbonation with a medium-light body. Fairly crisp finish and refreshing enough. Really not bad and slayed with my kebab.

Part II of Turkish beer night. Oh well, it had to be done. Pours light gold into the glass. Head is fleeting. Very little aroma here. A bit of malt and a light sour note, really very weak. Taste is green tea with a light citric taste, but again, very understated. Light bodied. Carbonation is just right. Finish is watery, with more green tea. A beer is a product of its environment and this could no doubt be quite refreshing when sitting under the weltering sun on Heybeliada, but by conventional standards, it’s not much of a beer.

Bottle. Pale yellow with firm white head, no lacing. Semi sweet malty atoma, bready, cardboard, vegetables. Taste starts malty, semi bitter, then an unpleasant sweet chemical corn taste, finishing medium bitter. Light body with fizzy carbonation. This is why good pilseners have bad reputation.

Bottle. Pale gold with a white head. Aroma of damp, cardboard, some lemon. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Tastes quite a lot better - hay and crackers with only a hint of cardboard, reasonably dry spiced bitter finish.

BOTTLE 50 CL by Efes Moldova. Clear deep golden, off-white creamy head. Mineral aroma, sulphite, sweat and some sweet malts. The taste is light sweet, dusty grains, lagerish acidity and grass. The body is quite smooth. Drinkable.

500ml bottle in Turkey. Bottled 16.01.2015, BB 16.01.2016. light yellow clear color, obvious carbonation, small white head. smells light flowery, malty sweetness, tobacco. light body, soft carbonation, light watery mouthfeel. tastes malty sweet, bread, light tobacco, light peppery. finishes watery and with light tobacco notes. not too interesting, quite watery.
