De Poes blond is een blond ongefilterd bier van hoge gisting, met nagisting op de fles. Het bier is fruitig met een lichte alcoholtoets achteraan de tong. Door het gebruik van een zeer hoogstaande bitter- en aromahop zorgen we ervoor dat er een bitterheid ontstaat die mooi in balans is. De gebruikte kruiden zorgen dan weer voor de aangename frisheid en de verwijzing naar bloemen en citrus.
Grondstoffen: gerst, tarwe, haver, mais, 2 Belgische hopsoorten, water, kruiden en gist.
Gistingswijze: bovengistend
Alcoholpercentage: 8 Vol % Alcohol.
Bitterheid: matige bitterheid (30 IBU)

Purchased because of the label. The best way! Aroma is quite sweet, honey, bit fruity, peach maybe, tripel like. Taste is nice. Sweet and fruity, bit doughy, but reminds me most of a very fruity tripel. Pineapple and bit of citrus. Gekocht bij Deca Services in Woesten op 20-06-2015. De Poes is een helderblond biertje dat bij het uitschenken een normale hoeveelheid wit schuim geeft met een romig-mousse structuur maar het slaat snel neer in het glas. De Poes heeft een zoetige geur en ook wat lichte toetsen van karamel. Slecht weinig pareling te zien. De smaak is tamelijk zoet en in de mond is De Poes licht prikkelend, zeer lichtjes droog en helemaal volmondig, je voelt ook een lichte alcoholwarmte. De nasmaak is ook tamelijk zoet en duurt gemiddeld lang. De zeer lichte nabitterheid is wel harmonisch van kwaliteit. Niet slecht maar geen uitschieter. 09/01/2019 @home - 33cl bottle from a gift. Clear golden, medium white head; Nose is malts, cooked vegetable, chemical hint. Taste is sweet malts, bit spice, bit thin and unpleasant aftertaste.

Bit unclear, golden colored, small non lasting white head. Aroma is of some malt, wheat, fruity, apple, some spicy yeasty aroma, some sugary syrup. Taste is medium sweet malt, bit brewing sugar, light honey, fruity apple again, some spicy yeast, medium spicy and herbal hops, medium bitterness, sweetish finish, light alcohol.
