From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of apple juice, tart apples, yeast, some Bretty notes. Flavour is nicely tart and a bit sour with a dry finish. A hint of bitterness as well. Very nice!

Tap at Borefts 2015: Hazy yellow colored brew with an dry bitter taste, hints of the sourest apples. Like an cider but this is beer, or not?

Small creamy mediumlasting head, quite hazy. Aroma is dry boozy, calvados, weeds, apple skin, yeast, dry apples, flowers, minerals, oak. Taste is sour-ish harsh, weeds, harsh apple skin, yeast, hay, flowers, sour apples, bark, fresh wood, sour grass. Medium bitterness, dry harsh mouthfeel. Meh!

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy weak sour apple aroma. Fruity sour apple flavor. Has a fruity sour tart apple finish.

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Redchurch Tarte Aux Pomme ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, apple, apple vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, vinegar, pale malt, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150926]

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery, wineous and fruity. Smooth fruity, light grainy and smooth fruity. Vague bitter. Light fruity finish.
