American Pale Ale inspired on the neo-noir classic Pulp Fiction. The Cinema Brewers made a salute to the American ‘95 Palm D’or winning film by adding vanilla as a refference to vanilla in Mia’s $5 Shake, the red apples is a wink to the cigarette brand ‘Red Apples’ and the blueberries are added due to Butch’s line of dialogue: ‘I’ll be back before you can say blueberry pie’.

Bottle @ benzai thx to joes. Hazy yellow with a mediuk sized white head. Smells fresh, fruity, hops, slightly sour. Tastes fresh, fruity, saison yeast, hops. I’ve said some mean things about this brewery, but this beer is quite nice. This beer screams summer. Very nice. Fizzy carbo, thin to medium body.

Sampled @ Tilburgs Bierfestival 2015. Golden, collapsing white bubbles. Nose is odd vanilla, cheap candy, BE yeast, dull,… Taste is oily, vaguely sweet, boring & watery, sugar, cheap apples, cheap candy,… Weak, dull & watery. Heavily dull for something that if I remember had correctly had like apples, vanilla, blueberries,… (Thanks for sharing!)

Very pale with thin, soapy head. There’s a hint of vanilla in the aroma. Smooth tasting beer with a degree of sweetness in the background. Overall fresh, zesty, hoppy with some tropical fruit.

Bottle sample at NHBF’15. Supposed to have apples, blueberries and vanilla. None of that I found in this beer, pretty sure they poured the right bottle though. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma is quite hoppy, tropical fruits, passion fruits, fruity acids. Flavour is bitter, citrus, light malty, tropical fruits, nice bitter finish. Light bodied. Mixup with the Paradiso? Not sure.. The beer I tried was nice though.
