Bottle from the co-op. Aroma comes off just a little hoppy. Seems kind of pale for an IPA, Medium golden body, small, tight white head. Taste brings in more hops, but not in the NW way, more subdued like an East Coast IPA. Hoppy but flat finish.

Bottle @ Kristrup tasting. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, loads of bitter fruity hops, grapefruitpeel, herbal, grassy. Flavor is rather bitter, light sweet, malt, fruity hops, citrus, grapefruitpeel. Medium body, soft carbonation, lasting bitter finish. 310115

Bottle: Golden, a bit unclear, quite stable medium-sized White head; mild but distinctive Aromas of exotic fruits with a delicate touch of bitter Grapefruits, pale malt in the Background detectable as expected; moderate to solid bitter flavour, backed by a residual sweetness, medium bodied; lingering dry bitter-grapefruity finish with balancing pale malty traces. Very pleasant...

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a thin head and blah aromas that have a bit of a fruity edge to them with some grain dust in there too. Flavor is in the middle. Not too malty, not quite hoppy enough... just a nice drinker without a ton of direction. Hops presence is juicy and slightly tropical.

Bottle: Copper colored pour, good clarity, and about two fingers of fluffed sandy head. The nose is citrus and tropical fruit, with a little bready malt mixed in. The taste is mainly citrus fruit, light florals, and faintly herbal. Nice lingering bitterness in the tail, but sweet enough to keep it very approachable. Good hop flavor overall.
