330 ml bottle. Apricot, beige, milky colour, medium head. Very fruity nose. Coriander, orange peel, apricot, minerals, lactose, mandarine, grapefruit aroma, sourdough. Mild taste, slightly salty with acidic sour hint. Milky mouthfeel and texture. Soft carbonated. Medium body. Very specific beer but nice!

Bottle from Craft beer store Hamburg. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of coriander and lime. Quite heavy brew, first salty, then herbal with a finish of aspirin.

06.02.2017 - 0.33l bottle from marktkauf/edeka. aroma of belgian yeast, citrus, perfume, pineapple hops, candy, coriander, slight funk. flavour of coriander, herbs, red currants, banana, mineral water. very much like a dryhopped witbier, salty, chalky, not too sour. 20.06.2020 - 0.33l botte from marktkauf, 1.79€. not sour, banany, kinda like funky wit.

330ml bottle from Hopfen & Malz, Aachen. Pours very pale hazy yellow, thinning white head. Aroma is more floral and zesty than expected for the style, continuing to taste. Indeed, there’s some nice fruity, zesty elements here that become quite moreish before a good salty drying close. Good gose.

01-10-16 // on tap at Herbst Craft #3, Frankfurt. Cloudy orange, with foamy white head. Nose is light sour, light spicy. Aroma is light sour, really light salt. Lemony and citrus aromas. Refreshing.
