Unsere badische Gose: Hell goldgelb in der Farbe, mit leichter Hefetrübung. Verführt mit zartem Duft nach fruchtiger Banane, gepaart mit einer leichten Zitronen- und spannenden Koriander-Note. Überzeugt auf der Zunge mit leicht mineralischer Süße und dezent abklingender Bittere.

Bottle from Beer Emporium Bristol. It pours cloudy bright golden with a small white head. The nose is earthy, herbal, mild sweetness, salted cracker, slightly tangy and apricot yoghurt. The taste is crisp, bitter, earthy, cracker, quite salty, coriander, soda water and white bread with a firm, dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. I would greatly prefer if this was less salty and more tart. Fair.

Pours yellow orange into the bottle. If you blink you’ll miss the thin wisp of a crown that fizzes away. Very hazy, looks like unfiltered apple cider, but with a carbonation that is quite visible to the eye. Lots of citrus and lemon in the aroma, with the banana presenting a more subdued note. Taste is tart, even sour, dry at first, with strong mineral tones. During the finish the citrus again makes its appearance, just lightly sweet, and with minimal spice. Light bodied with an enduring, prickly carbonation. Pleasant and refreshing - very much a summer beer.

Bottle at home. Pours cloudy golden with white head. Aroma of sulphur, apple, citrus, orange, grains, coriander, rosemary. Taste sweet and fruity, with very slightly bitter finish. Thin bodied.

330ml bottle [gose back to barterer bartlebier, Badisch barter beer provider, thanks a lot!]. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, snow-white head. Citrusy and grassy, hoppy aroma, a funky touch, hints of salt, fruity notes of quince and lemon, hints of lime and lemongrass, a touch of lemon flavoured urinal cake. Taste is minimally tart, citrusy hoppy, funky, minimally soapy, hints of old lemon peel, lemon drops, some wheat malty sweetness; not fully matching the style. Somehow a kind of liquid ’Wick Zitrone Plus’ - viz. on the one hand, it is fascinating to find that taste reproduced by brewing skills, on the other hand, it doesn’t go without carrying a kind of parasitic artificiality. Remarkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks kerenmk. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Nice aroma with wheat, citrus, citric hops, coriander, flowers, saltwater, and a soapy hint. Dry flavor, mildly tart, with wheat, citrus, salt, coriander, and floral notes. Light to medium-bodied. Nice.

Butilka(Diky do Badenu!):Cloudy,golden, small foamy layer - as expected; moderate bitter-sourish nose with a fruity-yeasty background, coriander - if used - barely detectable; spicy bitter-sweet flavour with salty traces, light bodied but pretty soft; citrussy and delicately salty bitter-sourish finish, some pale malt detectable. A very good summer brew…

bottle, Heinrichs 3000 Kornwestheim. Hazy pale golden with a mid-sized white head. Lovely spoicy nose with a touch of fruit. Light-bodied, full of flavour. Spicy hops, hints of spices, coriander and citrus fruit. Goood!

Bottle 330ml. [ As Welde Badisch Gose ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Unclear matt light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, flowers, moderate yeasty, minerals - mint, bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, bubble gum - minerals, flowers, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151024]
