A small bottle, capped and corked, purchased from Beautiful Beers, for which many thanks, drunk at Dad’s place while home on holiday. Aroma: a bit of blackcurrant and a bit of 70s era homebrew. Appearance: clear Ribena, a full finger of creamy pink bubbles dissipating rapidly. Palate: light-bodied and dry on the tongue, average carbonation; dry and tangy with lambic character very evident at the finish. Taste: lightly-sweet with a little bit of blackcurrant; dry, well-balanced, very obviously a lambic. Good stuff.

0.25 l bottle. Deep red color with a thin head. Sweet, fruity aroma and excellent taste with a long finishing.

15.03.2019 Aromat bardzo przyjemny czarnej porzeczki oraz w tle typowe dla lambica. Różowa piana piwo ciemna czerwień prześwitujące. piana była ale znikła. Smak kwaśność lambica z połączeniem smaków czarnej porzeczki jest także dosyć słodkie bardzo dobre. Nie jest cierpkie nagazowanie duże wręcz musujące na początku. Ogólnie bardzo przyjemne piwo nie jest wodniste ale bardzo pijalne zarazem i orzeżwiające

Purple pour, rocky pink head. Dark, sweet cassis aroma with a touch of mint. Solid body, lively carb. Sweet berry flavour, capped by a tart cassis finish. I’m pleasantly surprised.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è rosso rubino. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro non è invadente. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di zuccherino, miele, agrumi, sour, ribes, arancia amara, limone e mandarino.

Bottle at home. Aroma of heavy blackcurrant, sugar, cassis. Flavour is sugary sweet and medium sour. Drinkable, but a shame about the added sugary sweetness.

Аромат черной смородины и ежевикии вообще в целом сладко ягодный. Цвет темно-красный, пена розовая, тонкая. Вкус по началу сладкий, слегка приторный, ощущается сладкие ягоды и их начинка. После глотка резко сменяться на раннюю ягоду, смородину черную и красную. В целом необычное пиво.
