Draught.......blonde, pale gold, some honey and florals but otherwise kind of bland and boring.

Old rating from 2016 - 330ml bottle brought back from Belgium. Pours golden with a white frothy head. Aromas & tastes of pear, grape, apple, stone fruit, flora, herbs, bread, pepper, earth & spice. Moderate body. Slight warming finish

Bottle 0,33ltr: Clear golden colored brew with an light sweet bitter taste, hints of coriander and some sweet mandarin. An adequate Duvel-clone.

Dans le cochon...tout est bon disait Alphonse Allais. Sur cette Rince Cochon, je reste toutefois sur ma soif. Cela n'est pas catastrophique et cette bière se laisse boire, mais celle-ci reste à la fois très banale et surtout plate. Le visuel est sur un blond parfaitement limpide quasiment sans mousse. Le nez est sur le miel, les céréales avec une touche de pomme et de citron. L'ensemble manque de caractère. Une pointe de girofle et un alcool essayant de tonifier la bière améliore l'ensemble tout de même à la dégustation, mais cela reste insuffisant, notamment en ce qui concerne les 8,5 %. Complexité et relief font défauts. L'attaque va piano en intensité et densité mais présente des arômes acceptables. En seconde bouche l'alcool pointe le bout de son nez mais sans réussir à contrebalancer une petite douceur ambiante. L'arrière bouche est légèrement plus racée…bien que cela reste somme toute relatif. Le final est pareillement un peu plus sur l'alcool, mais sans réelle envolée. Pas convainquant.
