330 ml bottle. Pours a dull amber with moderate head. Aromas of spicy Belgian yeast, jammy stoned fruit, and bready malts. Flavors follow same with pronounced banana and fruity esters. Quite fruity and doughy for the style, but nice enough and still beats the pants off most North American attempts at a Belgian Tripel.

Opalescent golden to orange colour, medium sized creamy ecru-ish white head; aroma and taste of grainy/bread crusty, dried apricot, floral/honey, some yeasty and definite hoppy bittery (in the taste) notes; spicy alcoholic aftertaste; not bad at all

330mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a large white head. Aroma brings out candi sugar, some spicy Belgian yeast, and some doughy malt. Flavour reveals a decent spicy Belgian yeast character, with light esters, some candi sugar, and doughy notes. Could be drier and less estery, but the carb is at least right and there's solid yeast expression. Middle-of-the-road as bar as Belgian tripels go.

Servida en tulipa, color dorado intenso, espuma blanca abundante de muy buena retención. En nariz notas de malta, azucar, levadura, coriandro, manzana verde, naranja madura... En boca entra dulzona y ligeramente afrutada, final con ligera presencia de lúpulo, levemente amargo y seco. No es para echar fuegos artificiales, pero tampoco es mala, he disfrutado probándola.
