Tap at the Breakwater Tasting Room. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Citrus, peach, moderately sour aroma. Medium body. Flavor is citrus peach with a decent sour aspect. It’s dry. It’s hoppy. It’s bitter. It’s beautifully, cleanly sour (no acidity). Excellent.

One year old. 75c. Big fluffy merengue head. Pillowy with a pretty light tangerine and hazy beer. Smells really fantastic. Like a more earthy Hill E. OJ, mulch and hay. Drinks like a malty lemonade with sweet vanilla and cookies. It has a sweet citrus flavor that’s sour almost as much as a Berliner. Then I’m hit with a juicy fruit flavor that lingers with tart. Great stuff!

Thanks TimE for sharing the bottle (3-3-2017)! 5-3-2018 update from 2 month old bottle. Poured into a taster showing half a finger of clean white foam showing lightly filtered hazy whitish yellows with light sediments. The nose shows moderately intense notes of acetic nectarine and peaches. The palate is light bodied and highly carbonated. Moderately tart with clean and refreshing light notes of peach and nectarine with light malts on the mid-palate. Mild hop bite on the finish with more lingering notes of nectarine and peach. Very pleasant.

Light golden amber color. Modestly sour nose with modest amount of peach fruitiness but I think the fruitiness has really faded. High carbonation, modestly sour but fruitiness has faded. Very clean and refreshing but after almost two years this is not what I expected.
