High Wire Grapefruit is a fruit-infused version of our best-selling West Coast pale ale. We accentuated the original beer’s smoothly composed malt body and lip-smacking citrus character with the addition of 100% natural pink grapefruit flavour. Juicy, tart and deliciously refreshing, it’s High Wire the Same But Different!

330 ml can. Unclear golden, big foamy head. A lot of grapefruit, grapefruit zest, some grassy hoppy notes and a bit pine. Citrus bitterness and some sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry bitter finish with a lot of grapefruit coming through. Not a bad Pale Ale, but too much of grapefruit.

330ml can from Beer Hawk - Hazy gold body, thin white head. Nose is pink grapefruit, quite pithy. Taste has big citrus bite at the front, crisp bitterness, long aftertaste. Not bad at all.

Can courtesy of SimonTomlinson via the RB EU 2019-3 trade. Amber with a frothy white head. Aroma full of grapefruit and lemon lime. Taste is bitter the whole way through with the grapefruit making itself felt. Medium bodied with balanced carbonation. Not bad but unforgiving if you’re not a grapefruit fan.

Can. Big pink grapefruit aroma, not much else, but it's very nice. Taste is lovely, tart grapefruit, little malty sweetness and some biscuits but the grapefruit dominates. Not too bitter, very refreshing. This is great.

In der Nase deutlich Grapefruit, fast wie Radler. Im Trunk ebenso, leicht bitter, im Abgang fast itchy, recht erfrischend. Wer Radler zu pappig findet sollte hier mal ranschlecken.
