Bottle at home. Aroma of spicy yeast, floral notes, peppery notes, fruity notes, hint of funk. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and slightly sourish. Pretty good Belgian Ale by Napar, it’s almost a Saison.

Bottle. pale blonde. Vinegar and citrus in the aroma. Thinnish, citric, slightly watery flavor. Apple, hint of vinegar. Soft herbal notes. Hint of pineapple. Nice

Color amarillo corona de espuma blanca, aromas a levadura, notas citricas, sabor a cereal, notas a lavedura, cuerpo sedoso, rica.

Voilà une Belgian Ale de Naparbier qui a des airs de saison. Le nez m'a particulièrement plu : belle amertume, céréales, pamplemousse jaunes, banane, pomme, ananas et légère touche d'épices. Une très belle alliance. En verre le blond jaune (EBC aux alentours de 13) surmonté d'une mousse de 3 mm est pas mal. En bouche, la déception est par contre notable. Si on y retrouve globalement les arômes découverts au nez, on y trouve également un déséquilibre notable sur la structure, avec un acidité malvenue, et un alcool à 61, % pas assez structurant. L'attaque est ainsi acidulée, avec tous nos arômes fruités relevés par du poivre bien présent. Peu d'évolution par la suite avec une ampleur insuffisante en bouche et une longueur tout juste acceptable. A noter également un petit côté bubble gum un peu particulier. La complexité est cependant bonne. En tout cas, je n'ai pas accroché.

Helder geel bier met veel schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is bitter hoppig met iets van citrus en appel. Mooi bier, perfecte balans.

(Draught at 'cause Beer Loves Food, Amsterdam, 29 July 2017) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with bread, soft malt, grass and a touch of lemon. Malty, fruity taste with notes of pineapple, citrus, mango, bready malt and a gentle spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Tap (Stu Mostów, Wrocław). Clear golden colour with nice looking white head. Fruity in aroma with delicate begian note and subtle citrus accent. Belgian character rules in taste but there is not hop accent. Light, drinkable but nothing special. Too much belgian too less hoppy.
