Flaska från Landbierparadis.. Aningen disig bärnstensfärgad vätska med medelhögt beige skum. Lätt rökig doft. Stor kropp med maltsötma och karamell som en rejäl märzen och en lätt rökig ton. Lätt sälta som kommer fram i eftersmaken som är relativt besk för stilen. Trevlig

Hummel-Bräu Räucherla, nur noch 5,4 %, Flasche (MHD: 07.04.21) von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Dunkles Kupferrotbraun (Assamtee), klar. - In der Nase solide Raucharomen, Schinkenspeck, eingebettet in Toast- und Dunkelmalz mit Brotkruste, warme karamellige Süße, dezente Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk dunkelmalzig und toastig mit deutlicher pikanter Säure bei nur blasser Restsüße. Leichte Rauchigkeit, Schinkenbrot, ganz schwach salzig. Durchschnittlich rezent, für ein Märzen wenig vollmundig, hart im Mund. Im Abgang nur mäßige herbale Hopfenherbe und ein Nachhall von Rauch und Teer. - Milderes Rauchbier mit störender säuerlicher Grundierung, bei dem für meinen Geschmack zu stark am Hopfen gespart wurde. On tap at Brauerei Hummel. Dark orange, medium off white head. Smokey bacon on nose, malty, smooth. Easy drinkable, bit thin.

17-06-20 // 500ml bottle. Sweet smooth Märzen with a mild to medium smokiness. Light smoked ham. More cara roast sweetness.

500 ml bottle. Clear dark amber, foamy head. Caramel, smoked ham, burnt pine wood, brown sugar, a bit metal. Malty sweetness, dry bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry malty finish. Good!

Clear copper amber color with a white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, rauch, caramel and caramelised sugars. Good. 7-5-7-4-13.

Strong smoke aroma, indeed like smoked ham, as a real Bamberg rauchbier, and some peach it ease it down. Smoky flavor, just beating the fruitiness of the beer. The aftertaste is fairly long, but certainly not endless. Ideal rauchbier to get acquinted with the type.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Hazy amber/brown colour, beige foam. Nose is smoke, bacon, sweet malts. Taste is fruity (red fruit) with smoke. Easy drinkable, well balanced. Very gentle and nicely smoked beer.

500ml Bottle - Brown with red tinges and a foamy head. Smoky aroma with beech, ash and berries. Fruity and moderately smoky taste with blackcurrant, forest fruits and raisins. The taste is less smoky than the aroma.

Bottle shared courtesy of Michael. Unclear brown with offwhite head. Sweet roasted malts, caramel, bacon, smoked ham, charcoal, chestnuts from the campfire. Moderate sweet and bitter, big umami yo.
