Sampler at Sacher. Unclear pale golden with white head. Sweet malts, pils malts, green vegetal hops. Light sweet and quite bitter. Medium body, oily feel with soft carbonation. On tap at the brewpub. Leicht trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch ist mild hopfig, Heu. Geschmack ist dezent getreidig süß malzig, mild hopfig, etwas Heu, okay!

Hopfig-herber Antrunk, die Herbe gewinnt an Kraft, der Hopfen gerät dabei in den Hintergrund, ist aber durch die Bitternote weiterhin präsent. Frisch, im Mittelteil kurz fruchtig, im Abgang feinmalzig. Hier zudem mittelhopfig mit leichtem Bittereinfluss, lang anhaltend. Test vom 17.3.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,10,11,12,-,11 - 10,89
