Bottle. Golden pour, more cloudy than the usual. Aroma of grainy malt, bitter hop and pils malt. Taste has that typical sweet lager yeast flavor, grainy malt, faint hop and a spicey note. Not bad, better than the filtered pilsner.

Hazy pale golden colour, good two finger frothy white head, recedes slowly, good lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, grass. Mild sweet and bitter, malty, light citrus, grassy, bit yeasty. Mild sweetbitter aftertaste, pinch of pepper, light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Mellow pilsner, easy to drink, nice.

0.3 l bottle from ’AH’ (Amstelveen), best before August 2017. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of straw and grains. Sweetish, slightly bitter, grassy-spicy and a little yeasty taste of straw, grains and slightest hints of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy, slightly dry and a bit yeasty finish. Almost medium-bodied, relatively smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not that impressive, still slightly more pleasant than the Amstel one.

30 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Albert Heijn Culemborg. Hazy yellow with a dense white head. Grainy aroma with faint grassy hops. Medium bitter, at least more bitter than most other Dutch pilseners. Very decent beer for what it is: a macro lager with marketing twist.

Bottle at home. Quite clear at first until I poured in the sediment. Nice thick white head. Light pils malts, grass, a bit of toffee, quite bready, there’s some herbs but more dusty than aromatic. Light sweet and under medium bitter. Just medium bodied with a bit creamy feel. It’s a bit more bready and has a more creamy mouthfeel than a more regular Dutch pils. Decent.
