Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Small head with hardly any duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are brett, malt, herbs and has a sweet light salty finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours pale yellow, small white head. Aroma is grainy and vague citrusy. Flat malty, cornish and slight sourish. Toasted to grainy malty. Medium dry and slight herbal finish.

Bottle @ home shared with Thompson. Hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste wheat, lightly tea, light tart and a hint of something weird that slightly reminds me of rhubarb. Low body, a bit watery texture, low carbonation. Meh.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours a dark orange color with aroma of citrus, wheat, and hint of funk. Wheat, spice,and tart flavor with sour dose.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle, thanks Sebastian! Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sourish-fruity, slightly herbal aroma of lemon peel, tea leaves, rhubarb and some grass. Moderately sour, quite fruity and a bit herbal taste of lemon peel, rhubarb, gooseberry and tea leaves, followed by a short, moderately tart and quite dry finish. Thin body, spritzy, slightly effervescent and a bit astringent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice one, rather mellow, not too much of the tea detectable.

Fast keine Karbonisierung. Weicher, wässrig-säuerlicher Antrunk. Daben kommen die Matenoten mild, trocken und für mich eher teeartig hervor, minimal herb, weich bleibend. Süffig, insgesamt für mich zu schwach. 5/8/11/8/12/8

Bottle from Rudat. Nice fresh nose with sourish hints and earthy herbal Mate-tea. The beer starts very smooth and mild. Nice smooth sourish beginning, the Mate is only in the background. The Weisse is fresh with smooth sourish parts, very nice fruity, not much sourness, soft and smooth with nice mate-tea herbal earthy green parts in the aftertaste. Nice!
