Donker rood bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is fris zuur en fruitig, echt cassis.

Dunkel pink-rötliches Bier mit ordentlicher pinker Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr fruchtig nach Waldbeeren. Geschmack ebenfallls fruchtig süß nach Waldbeeren, minimal säuerlich.

cellar leftover - 08 vintage pours purple, no foam whatsoever very is dusty and fruity ( berries ) smell taste is watery ( even for this abv) much fruits ( syrup ) and sugar in an old ( not porto or caramelized) way drinkable , but not enjoyable by far . as always, will rerate when had fresh

Draft @ GBBF 2013. Pours a reddish color with a small pinkish head. Has a fruity sweetish black currant aroma. Fruity slightly tart black currant flavor. Has fruity slightly sweetish black currant finish.

Medium to big fuxia/pink head, quite thick, but fast going down. Pink colour, little hazy, but not much. Smells is cassis, sweet. Taste is fruity, cassis, sweet but not at all too much. A nice mouthfeel. Low carbonation...very drinkable. A good fruit beer.

Cloudy dull red colour. Strong, sweet aroma of blackcurrants. Taste is a bit simple and one-dimensional. It’s got a sweet blackcurrant flavour.

GBBF 2012, London. Pours hazy pink with a fine, white foam head. Fruit punch aroma, some hints of tropical fruits as well. Medium sweet flavor, lots of pineapple, cherry, raspberry. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Not very tart, mostly sweet, some more punch fruits, light cranberries. Very drinkable stuff.

Bouteille 330ml. De couleur cuivrée-rouge et voilée. Nez fruité (cassis, notes d’agrumes), léger de pain,avec des traces de sucre bonbon et de levures épicées (coriandre). Moyenne-mince en bouche et assez pétillante avec une texture aux notes aqueuses. Goût fruité légèrement acides, (cassis, notes d’agrumes et traces de cerises) avec quelques notes de levures épicées (coriandre, petites traces de gingembre) lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un léger goût de pain avec de faibles traces de sucre bonbon puis finalement,l’on retrouve de faibles notes amère de houblon floral. Post-goût moyen et légèrement sec, lcomposé d’un goût fruitées légèrement sucré et aux petites notes aigres (cassis, zeste d’agrumes).

Bottle @ home shared with my girlfriend. Hazy deep dark red color, small to medium sized pink head. Smell cassis, red fruits, candy and sweet. Taste sweet, fruits, a bit candy. Low body, low to medium carbo.
