From a bottle from Lance, aged for about 2 years. Overt coffee aroma with a prevailing vanilla accent throughout. Sweetness form the maple as it warmed. Pours black with brown highlights and a brown head. Flavor shows sweetness from the maple up front that gives way to strong coffee roast and acidity on the back half. Bacon shows itself through the mouthfeel with a viscous coating over the tongue. Finishes dry. Fantastic!

Growler from Bill. Thanks a lot, buddy! Pours pitch black with a small fizzy dark brown head. Aroma is packed with maple syrup, woody notes, nutty, caramel, sweet chocolate, nutty, just a subtle smoke along with roasted malts, toffee, fudge, dark fruits. Wow. Taste backs it all up; roasty, loooots of maple syrup, malty, ice coffee, subtle smoke, tobacco, dark fruits, caramel, fudge, roasty bitterness. Although flat from the trip in the growler this was awesome! Would love to revisit sometime; hopefully not flat.

Bottle, 650 ml at Arrogant Sour tasting. Courtesy of Italian friends. Black with beige head. Heavy coffee and chocolate, maple, smooth. Sweet with roasty bitter finish. Full bodied.

Black with a small off-white head. Aroma of coffee, licorice, nuts and molasses. Sweet roasted flavour with coffee beans and maple syrup.

22oz bottle, from trade with mansquito, thanks. Pours black. Coffee, maple, sweet vanilla, salt, toast, sweet maple, bit of roast. Medium body. Extremely tasty and well balanced.

Bottle. Deep brown/black body. Creamy brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, maple syrup, coffee, dark fruit, alcohol, cocoa. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium to full body, velvety/oily texture, moderate carbonation. Over the top in richness with tastes of coffee, maple, roasted malts, vanilla, cream, chocolate, alcohol. Yet enough roast and hop bitterness to restrain it from being cloying.

Very solid stuff. Coffee and maple, bacon. Like the regular maple bacon on crack. With so many elements you'd think it would be a mess like junkyards but this is very well done. Black pour with great head and lacing. Caramel and maple. Bittersweet and boozy finish. Tap at brewery.

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a glass. Black with medium small light brown head. Aroma is coffee & maple, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good small-bubble lacing. Taste is coffee and some maple.

Bottle: Poured a black with off white head. Aroma was light coffee and smoke, loads of maple and malts. Taste super maple with light coffee.
