Skipped them at Bierfestival Groningen 2017 but purchased that 0,33 l bottle afterwards on the way to the station at Just in Beer for 3,20 €. The abv on the label is now listed with 7.3%. Pours out black. Pitch black. Small one finger beige head. Coffee and choco on the nose. Taste has a lot of coffee and choco. Licorice, hopy. Like a strong version of a stout. Check it out!

Nicely bitter, well hopped but not too much. Lovely balanced. Very solid BIPA.

Black with thin head. Aroma and flavour have really strong, fresh resinous hop. Nicely bitter.

Shared from bottle at Maakun’s. Black with light tan head. Big roasty choco malts and light licorice. Medium sweet and light bitter. Over medium body, soft carbonation. Sweet cola nutty finish.

Bottle shared thanks to ShivanDragon. Almost black with good sized dark beige head. Some sweet malts, light dark chocolate, soft tropical fruits. It’s all quite light in the aroma actually. There’s some light yeast and orange syrup. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied and a little bit watery.

33cl bottle from Brouwdok. Medium off white head. Clear almost black pour. Nice bitterness.

@Dalfser Bierfestival, 2016, Batch #2, van fles, eigen brouwsel. schenkt donkerbruin met iets rode gloed en fijne kaki kraag. Aroma van laurier, chocolade, geroosterde en gebrande mout. Smaken zijn erg zacht/smooth, laurier, gebrande en geroosterde mouten, chocolade, matig zoet, matig bitter, mooie zachte BIPA, hopbitter, lange geroosterde en laurier afdronk, zachte co2, dit is een "instapmodel BIPA" erg zacht en ingetogen maar daarom niets minder smaakvol, voor mij één van de betere bieren (die ik heb geproefd) van het festival.
