Bottle. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is dough, spruces, caramel, anis. Taste is caramel, spruces, spicy yeasts, chocolate. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Solid, but a bit too much anis for me.

Botella 33 cl de Vivalabirra tomada en Oviedo 22..03..2017. (r94) fcpref y lote en chapa sin copiarColor marrón oscuro turbio casi negro con espuma beige. Sabores maltosos tostados con toques caramelos algo tostados y buenas notas de especiados. Ligeros anises. Cuerpo medio más menos denso con buena sensación licorosa. Buena sensación alcohólica. Bastante buena para repetir.

Bottled 330ml. -from Spicy Days Zagreb. Dark amber coloured, medium sized pale beige head, light caramel nose. Sweet malty, caramel, yeasty, spicy and moderate alcoholic with notes of candy sugar and light alcohol in the finish. To be honest nothing special here.

Aus der Flasche im 2017-11 getrunken. Wow ein tolles, malziges belgisches Weihnachtsbier, wo die Orangenschalen und Koriandersamen mit den Hopfen eine tolle Harmonie bilden und keine Langeweile im Glas aufkommem lassen. Und trotz der +10% ist es fast schon süffig. Ein wunderbares Bier.

Tap at globen dark brown small light brown head.aroma is nutty dried dark fruity and roasted malty. Flavor is malty and bitter nutty. Low on hops , Belgian yeasty notes. Flavorful warming strong Christmas beer

Bottle. Dark brown pour. Aroma has nutty malt, caramel, coffee and herbs. Taste of hazelnut, malt, caramel, fruity yeast ester and spices that strangely remind me of oxidation. This years edition is a bit of a dissapointment.
