Listed as Lindeman's Young Lambic on the beer menu at the magic tree. Cloudy off orange. Smells like any other real unflavored lambic. Not as tart as expected considering how good the oude was. Mild and easy but is it the real thing? Seemed a bit watery for me. In the end it lacks the bite that I have come so familiar with in real lambics.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours orangey gold with very limited foam. Aroma is barn, apple. Body is average, with very limited carbonation. Taste is medium sour, and a little bit of initial sweetness. Final is fairly abrupt.

1 Year. LCI at the 101% gueuze tasting, led by Raf. Lambic #1, but third preferred. This one was just pretty boring. Easy, some acidity, some sweetness.. but so boring and flattened.

Sampled on draft this beer poured an orange color with a small foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was sour, tangy, earthy and a bit medicinal. The flavor was tangy, sour, musty, earthy, perfumey and a bit medicinal. Very long finish. Medium body.

This lambic was about a year old, so I’ll rate it as jonge lambic. Litre swing top bottle, poured by the friendly brewer from one of his wooden casks. Faded orange color, absolutely no head. Light citrus and raspberry aroma. Very pleasant but not as assertive as many other lambics. Medium bodied, but still a touch of wateriness. Very soft taste with just a touch of sourness. Citrus rules, but there are also other flavors. Some wood, milk, butter, grapes, raspberry. The complexity is there, but there could be a touch more character. Nevertheless a treat and a really great beer. Sample tasted in august 2012: Vinegar in the aroma. Traubenzucker. Sour, sulphury flavor.

On tap at Belmont Station Bier Cafe, pours a hazy dull copper, no head. Nose is full of classic farmhouse funk, leather, and earthy tang. Flavour is full of funky barnyard notes, leather, a pronounced mustiness, and citrus tang. Musty, tangy finish, with zero carbonation as per the style. Very nice base lambic.

Don't know the actual age. However, pours quite hazy with some head and has a bit of residual sweetness, I'm pretty sure it's young. A quite hazy dark golden with about one finger of a quite dense head, that dissipates quite quickly. Quite intense aroma shows nice complexity: citric and stone fruit notes, slight peppery hint, barnyard and slighty musty notes, with a mineral feel on the back of things. Taste has a light sweet foundation, followed by a quite rich sour package that shows both soft lactic sourness and sharp citric sourness. As per aroma, notes of citrus and stone fruits, barnyard/musty/earthy notes, a mineral, almost oxidated feel (in a pleasant way of course) and a slight prickly feel. Finishes nicely dry, leaving a surprisingly clean feel on the mouth. Sourness is overall not aggressive for the style, with a significant sweet balance. Light to medium bodied with light to medium carbonation. Can't really say why, but the mouthfeel feels good. I was expecting something much more sharp. I found instead a nicely drinkable and rather complex lambic, that had that funky lambic characterbut but still had some kind of clean, easy feel to it. First unblended lambic in my life, review might not be too accurate, but all in all a very nice experience.
