Een volle ongefilterde Kölsch met een pittig bittertje en de mildheid van tarwe. Dit romige bier ontleent zijn naam aan brouwer Cor Brons en voormalig gastvrouw Corrie Derks. De sterke eigenschappen van het Duitse Weissen, gecombineerd met een vleugje Vlaanderen maar met onze eigen nuchterheid, geven een romige smaak met een lange afdronk. (5 % alc.).

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw.

Bottle 33cl. @ home.Clear sparkling medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, citrus shell notes, moderate to light light heavy yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081127]

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Mild malty and light yeasty aroma. Mild spiced and yeasty flavoured with a mild malt and fruity accent. Vague metallic yeasty touch too. Bitter and malty finish.

Bottle, 5%. OK malty aroma, hint of fart. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is a little yeasty, has some malt. Not exactly as clean as a real Kölsch, but nice enough.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of MiP/yespr. Slightly hazy golden with a dense white head. Slightly spicy and malty nose. Medium body, clean and malty with some flowery hops. Dry and lightly bitter finish. 291108

Tap, in de Wildeman. Hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of some grassy hop, malt. Soft bitter taste. Easy to drink.

Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate hoppy and malty aroma, not very yeasty, light bitter flavor, average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Really nice kölch.
