Sample from the brewer of the brouwcafe while he was brewing his version of this pale ale 4.5%. Thin white head. Hazy golden amber pour. Lovely smooth bitterness. A lovely session beer

On tap @ Arendsnest with Julien Huxley, Martinus and a guy named Jeremy (brewer intern @ Bolten). Cloudy amber color. Big, dense head, sticky, good retention. Aroma’s from the glass: grain (at first) - honey-ish (later). Retronasal there’s sweet malts, yeast, and grain. Flavor is light sweet. fruity, grainy. Light bodied. Finishes dry and earthy bitter. Decent for sure.
