Bottle with twist-cap 0,5 ltr: Hazy amber colored brew with an very smooth mildly bitter sweet taste, hints of caramel, vanilla and fruits in a very smoothly way.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber colored , fluffy head. Clove, rye, banana, bread, hints of nuts and chestnut. Mild drybess, malty yeasty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, mild dry finish. Decent overall.

Dunkles, obergäriges Bier aus Dinkel, Gerste, Weizen, Roggen, Hafer und Emmer mit 4,6 % Alkohol und 11,2 % Stammwürze. Interessante malzig / getreidig / toastige Note am Anfang und im Mittelteil, die mich an Hanutawaffeln erinnert (ein kleines bisschen schmeckt man neben der Waffel sogar die Schokolade raus). Danach kommt nicht mehr viel. Man merkt mild fruchtige und minimal florale Nuancen. Vielleicht ein kleines bisschen mehr säurebetonter als es die Norm ist (dürfte auf den verwendeten Roggen zurückzuführen sein). Das Bier ist mit dem Alkoholgehalt und Stammwürze nicht besonders gehaltvoll, wirkt aber auch nicht zu wässrig. Warum man unbedingt einen Flaschentyp mit Schraubverschluss (den ich in keinem Supermarkt in unserer Gegend zurückgeben kann) verwenden muss ist mir allerdings rätselhaft.

Bottle. Amber color. Cereal aroma and flavor. Thinnish. Hint of pear. Just a little bit of grainy sweetness. Nice and easy drinking beer without much depth.

Bottle shared at M&M’s. Courtesy of Michael, wavor Danke! Hazy golden/amber-ish with white head. Sweet malts, grain, massive breadiness, rye, barley, wheat, the entire bakery. Light resiny, caramel or honey sweetness. Medium sweet and light bitter. Bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma beige media grana media persistenza, colore ambrato carico torbido, al naso malto arancio frutta, in bocca malto cereali lieve acidula, amaro appena percettibile carbonatazione moderata, oleosa. Un buon mix, particolare. 05.07.17 @ Jbar Riccione
