Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is sweet malt with caramel, candy sugar, toffee, dried fruits, and a hint of hops. Flavour is quite sweet and sugary with an above moderate bitterness. Body is above medium. Pretty enjoyable, but the sugary sweetness tends to get a bit overwhelming towards the end.

Bottle. Amber color. Malt, floral notes and cake in the aroma. Malty sweet, floral, bready flavor with floral. Otes and a hint of peach. Full bodied. Decent.

Clear brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour are sweet, malty and boozy. Light wood and vanilla.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. ABV stated as 10% on the front label, 9.5% on the back. Deep reddish brown colour, dense creamy beige head. Aroma of sweet malts, resin, figs, raisins, light hoppy. Flavour is sweet, malty, fruity, figs, plums, raisins, resin, decent amount of hops, bittersweet finish. Full bodied, sticky, smooth, nice depth of flavours. Good.

robijn rood/licht bruin met witte kraag. aroma van graan, toffee, caramel, zoet, smaken van alcohol, graan, behoorlijk moutig/granig, veel suiker, ééntonig.

Bottle @ home. Nice red, clear red to red-brown color, medium to full sized beige head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, light sweet caramel and light dark red fruit notes. Taste malts, some caramel again, light alcohol as you'd expect, malt bitter, light dark red fruit hints again. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Quite nice.

Bottle shared at De Paas. Slight hazy brown with beige head. Quite some roasted nuts, caramel, sweet malts, soft roast, even light coffee, old dusty wood, soft alcohol. Quite nice aroma. Taste is over medium sweet and bitter with a bit dusty and cardboardy finish. Full bodied. Quite tasty, just some weirdness in the finish.

Bottle shared at De Paas. Near clear warm amber with offwhite head. Sweet malts, caramel, barley, raisans, orange peel, livorice, light creamy nuttiness. Big sweet and moderate bitter. 8 3 7 3 15Bottle shared at De Paas. Hazy amber with a small cream coloured head. Aroma of malt, caramel, floral notes, strawberry and sweet malt. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
