A sparkling, delicate and crisp perry, made predominantly from Blakeney Red perry pears.
This award winning Perry is made with 100% freshly pressed perry pears sourced exclusively from orchards which are neither sprayed nor fertilised. The quality of this superb perry is achieved by selecting the best fruits fermenting them on their own wild yeast and using the experience of three generations. The label, a woodcut by Steve Hyslop, represents the ephemeral beauty of the pear and its blossom. Severn Cider has a passion for preserving quality, tradition and the natural environment.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear pale yellow with a rough white head. Sweet fruity nose - more appley actually. Medium body, sweet clean pear notes that turn somewhat astringent towards the finish. Nice alright. 290111
