50cl bottle. A clear dark golden colour, small white head. Aroma of sweet and mild sourish apples, sulfur. Taste of sweet apples, some sulfur and hints of sourish apples. Dry and a bit mealy.

Bottle shared at the beach. Proudly poured into plastic Nanobrasserie l’Ermitage cups that followed me home after Quintessence. Golden with short lived head. Big bubbles in the cup. Sweet apples, apple peel, woody and dry, almond, tannins. Moderate sweet and bitter. Under medium body and quite some carbonation. Bottle. Golden color with small white ring. Aroma is sweet apple, a bit phenolic, a bit oak, some vanilla as well. Taste is slightly tannic, apples and vanilla, a bit phenolic as well. Ticklish carbonation. Good and easy cider with the right amount of complexity. Nice.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour, slightly off-white head immediately disappears. Fresh apple aroma and taste, hints of oak, bittersweet and refreshing. Medium body and carbonation. Very abrupt dry finish.

Botella 50 cl tomada en el momento en Cimmeria 18..03..2016. Sin lote ni Fcpref. Color dorado oscuro con nada de espuma. Aromas y sabores de manzanas ligeramente ácidos con buenos toques de maderas ligeramente especiadas. Cuerpo ligero a medio con cierta sensación alcohólica con 6 vol. No está mal.
