(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Clear golden with a tiny, rough off-white head. Lightly tart apple aroma. Medium body with distinct apple notes with a fine balance between sweetness and tartness. Somewhat peely but nice. 230808

Bottle, thx to fonefan. Pours a clear, golden body under a minimal white head. A touch of barnyard and yeast in the aroma, with the apples doing most of the job. Apple sour flavor with some yeast and barnyard, leading to a yeasty finish with sour apples. Medium, slightly astringent mouthfeel. A decent one, but far from the best. (080823)

Bottle. Clear golden color with a small white head that disappears right away. A rather nice aroma of green apples and some oak. Flavor is sweet (kind of artificial-like) with apples and some sourish notes. Light to medium-bodied. Not that bad, but also not very pleasant. This is my first Cider, and it seems like it wasn’t the right one to kick off my Cider drinking/rating career.

0.5Lbottle. Dark golden colour, strong carbonation, dominant nose of yeast and woody vanila. Qiute dry but with some subdued sweetness and some alcohol which is suprisingly not too strong for the alcolholic strengh of the cider. Body is medium and the aftertaste is short, Quite refreshing.

Bottle picked this up from Sainsburys Kidlington, hidden amongst the other ciders 20-04-07. Thought that this was brewed by Thatchers or someone like that from the description on the bottle. Anyway it wasn’t green which would have given it something to talk about rather it was classic golden but very fizzy. There was an aroma of apples and you could get the barrel ageing bit but otherwise It was nothing out of the ordinary.
