Bottle, thx to Maria. A clear, golden beer with a small, diminishing white head. Quite fruity, yellow apples and pears, with a touch of tropical fruitss, some pale malt and a sweetish matlyness. Surprisingly sweet flavor, with tropical fruits, yellow apples and a nice bitterness. Quite fizzy in the mouth, sweet and bitter finish, but on the sweet side. A quite drinkable beer, but tad too sweet maybe. (080716)

50 cL bottle, trade with Maria. Pours clear and golden orange with a fully diminished white head. Cornish and mild bitterhops aroma. A bit on the dry side. Flavour is dry cornish with a solid bitterness coming through. Vague metallic note. Dry and bitter finish. Clean and classic crisp helles.

(Bottle, Priory Arms, Stockwell, London 26 Apr 2007) Golden yellow colour with a huge, firm, white head. Malty, clean nose with notes of grassy hops. Malty, clean taste with grassy hops, hints of tropical fruit and some soap in the grassy finish, moderate bitterness. Standard German helles, hardly exciting but well made and refreshing.

(On tap) Clear, deep golden with a white head. Sweetish, malty aroma. Medium-bodied with distinct, sweet malt not completely balanced by the hops. But pleasant indeed. 121106

Draft at the brewery tap. A dark yellow beer with a very white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a slight spicy hop note. The flavor is sweet malty with a spicy hop note. Refreshing, but a bit boring.

Bottle: Deep straw with a thick white head which fell back quickly; doughy aroma; smooth malty taste with some hops to finish. Pleasant, but that’s all.

(bottle) Clear golden colour with a full foamy white head with nice and slow lace. Grainy malty nose with a slight hoppiness. Soft sweet flavour, medium bodied, grainy mouthfeel, dry slightly bitter and lasting finish. Well made Helles, highly recommendable.

The "Hell-Export" is a pale, full-bodied brew; in the beginning a bit sweetish, with a strong fruity finish - easy to drink, hard to stop with....
