A unique schizophrenic beer where you’ll face off against floral hoppy flavours up front, leading into a dry spicy bitterness on the back. Need something a bit different to wake up your taste buds? It’s time to get a FUBAR!

Clear golden beer under medium whipped eggwhite-like head. Inviting C-hops nose, leafy and exotic fruit. Finish is bitter vegetables. Spicy, hoppy and a marked arachide/peanut flavour. Bitter finish and palate. Medium bodied at best; quite well-carbonated. Pleasing. Arachide might point towards fatty acids, but here certainly not disturbing.

Bottle sample @ Leuven Beer Innovation 2015, shared with the RB Belgian crew. As APA on their website. Ok, but I am far from being Fubar with this one. Pass the ammunition sarge.

Thanks for sharing! Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Leuven Innovation Beer Festival. Pale orange,… Nose is iron, herbal, light ginger, thin & herbal,… Bit watery & metallic, sugar, thin herbal bitter, malty,… Herbal & bit thin body,… None of the Tiny Rebel beers I have tried so far were bad but they were all middling for me with a dash of unnecessary BrewDog worshiping.
