Bottle 12fl.oz. @ home. [ As Stillwater Superhop ].Unclear golden matt, medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, light heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, onion, pepper, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pepper, crispy - spicy hops, citrus - grapefruit, dry, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 6%. Unclear golden/orange with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, tropical fruit, earthy and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, medium sweet, earthy, little tropical fruit, grapefruit, citrus and medium bitter.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing to skim surface. Dusty tropical fruit aromas. Dry with sweet caramel and mango upfront turning to dusty yeast and resin in the lasting finish.

Bottle. It pours a clear pale golden color with a white head. The aroma has bready malt with lots of pineapple and dank. Spicy dank with some light honey bread in the background. The flavor is piney, dank and full with pineapple. Kind of juicy and bready with some weed-like bitterness. Lower carbonation than normal. Pretty decent.

Ridiculously hazy, golden, orange, copper coloured body with a three centimetre tall microfoamed tan head, all on top of a gold tint, very nice looking - this is the way ALL IPAs should look! Aroma of grass, bright citrus-based hops, some light resin and herbal notes and a bit of malt noticeable as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Mild grassy and herbal flavour with some light hay and very subdued white pepper notes, but little in terms of malt or complexity. Aftertaste is grassy with a bit of alpha acid bitterness along with the dry herb flavours. Overall, a product that looks and smells great, but leaves a lot left to be desired. There is absolutely no complexity here and there is no malt balance, plus the hops that are there aren’t too strong in the flavour and don’t contribute much - they must have just been dry hopped without imparting much bitterness. That said, decent to sample, but there are much better IPAs out there, even from the East Coast, especially in this price range. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Union Square), New York on 08-May-2016 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on 23-October-2016.

Sample at SBWF 2016. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, hops, some grain and caramel. The body was medium as was the bitterness.
