750ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Tart-ish, lactic, slightly citric aroma, hints of sauerkraut, lemon, a funky touch. Taste is tart, lactic, grassy hoppy, some residual wheaty sweetness, hints of mild sauerkraut, later some additional citric tartness with hints of lemon; a minimally strange, grassy, weedy, papery interference.

0.75 l bottle from 'Biermuda', best before January 2018. Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, slightly sourish-funky, quite fruity-floral aroma of lemon, hay, gooseberry and white grapes. Moderately sour, slightly funky, quite fruity-floral taste of lemon, wheat, hay, gooseberry and some white grapes, followed by a medium long, quite tart, rather dry and minimally bitter finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent and effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very well-made Berliner Weisse, not too sour and nicely fruity with a decent funky touch, almost Saison-ish.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy pale yellow beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, peach, yeast. Taste of mild tart yellow fruits, grapes, peach, alright!

75cl bottle from Biermuda, Bochum. Sour fruity beginning. Smooth with a mild carbonation, more lemon-sourness than lactic sourness there. Highly carbonated, not very smooth, more on the citric side. Quick disappearing mild aftertaste. Nice but not too round or deep.

0,75 l bottle shared with Kristall-KΓΆnig. Unclear pale yellow. Small head. Mid sour fruitieness. Pale grain. Short sour sequence, then more like a sparkling wine. Nice but inconspicuous.
