Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a hazy ruby with small off white head. The aroma is strong funk, cherry skin, oak. Medium body, light funk, oak, sweet cherry, light tartness, very good.

Bottle. Red color, a little yellowish foam. Not bad aroma: moderately wild, cherry, of course, a little vinegar, wood, barn, hay. Taste: sour, cherry, cherry jam, dried cherry, a little wild, tart.

375ml Bottle. A clear purple red beer with a mid-sized most good lasting purpleish head. Aroma of sour old cherries, wood, some vinegar. Taste of intense sour cherries, old cherries, wood, vinegar. Good!

Fles 37,5cl gedeeld tijdens Nacht Van De Grote Dorst in Itterbeek. Zurig, droog, duidelijk kerszoetje. Wel wat vlak. (27-4-2018).

2009 Bottle. Deep red with a quickly diminishing white head. Quite tart aroma and taste with big cherry, almonds, a bit of toast, vanilla, caramel and grass. Not very funky but very well balanced with subtle, soft carbonation and a slightly tart finish. Lovely kriek.
