A modern blonde ale with an elegant body for the low ABV through the use of barley, oat and spelt malts. Hallertauer Blanc and Huell Melon hops give the beer a subtle fruity aroma. Juno is the queen of the Roman gods and she demands respect. She is always accompanied by her mascot, the peacock.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost clear golden with white head. Soft oats, malts, green melon, light condensed milk, grassy, plastic. Over light sweet, under medium bitter. Under medium bodied with bit dry finish. I don’t like it much.

Keg at the brewery taproom Amsterdam. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is dusty grains, wheat, lemon rind, earthy. Palate is semi crisp, highish carbonation, dusty. Flavour is composed of crisp pale grains, midget gems, lemon rind, hay. Fine.

0.33 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', bottled in March 2019. Hazy, golden amber with a massive, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity and slightly grassy aroma of pineapple, gooseberry and lemon peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity and gently grassy taste of lemon peel, pineapple and some gooseberry, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Easily drinkable and refreshing Blonde Ale, well done!
