Sesongstart for Mi2 på Cardinal, og vi er kommet til kveldens siste: klar rubinrød med fint skum som varer. Kirsebær og citron. Slank, lettdrikkelig og ganske så endimensjonal.
Complex aroma with a flourar and light brett and light lactic aroma with a firm applel atoma.
Hige apple taste withadry apples taste. .

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Spot. Pours ruby with an off white/pinkish head. Nose is funky lambic aroma, with subtle cherries. Taste is, well slightly funky, a bit acidic, there's cherries but not that strongly. Tart fruity finish, light body, average to high cabonation. Pleasant and all, but a bit held back and one dimensional - or just my expectations were too high.

My favorite lambic out there.
Aroma is very sour, and vinegary with cherries in the background. nice frothly white/redish head. flavour is very very tart, and sour. i love it! nice sour finish. great stuff

Fruity aroma of sour cherries, some oak, some barnyard funk. Flavour is fruity, cherry, nicely sour. Cherry sweetness is kept to an absolute minimum, which is my preference. None of that artificial sweetener crap, this is the real deal. Wonderful Kriek.

Цвет очень богатый. Темно бордовый с тонкой розовой пенкой. Аромат кислый, отдает брожкой. Вкус очень разочаровывает, он слишком кислый с противным квашенным послевкусием. При этом чувствуется классический оттенок вишни от ламбика. В итоге что то от кислого Эля, что то от ламбика, но никакой гармонии в этом я не нашел. К сожалению. Очень странный напиток.

Aromas are vinegar, malt, cherries. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose. Mild tartness with a little sweet in back and good carbonation but not much cherry. Light tart finish. Kind of a disappointment.

Bottle at ZBF. Very medium sour kriek one of the better kriek i ever tasted.
