Oud Beersel Oude Kriek is an artisanal product, made from real cherries and Oud Beersel lambic matured in old barrels. They are slowly absorbed into the lambic, which develops a fruity character and a ruby red colour. Oud Beersel Oude Kriek is unique of its type in that it contains around 400 grams of cherries per litre. Oud Beersel Oude Kriek has no added sugar and contains no artificial flavourings or preservatives.

Bottle 0.375l at home, Nivala. BBE 10.04.2034. Color is deep slightly cloudy dark red with small reddish white head. Aromas and flavors: Cherries, red berries, dryness, so e Christmas spices, cinnamon and some sourness.

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2015) im 2018-08 getrunken. Was soll zu diesem klassischen Kriek sagen. Perfekt balanciert? Traumhaft? Nicht zu sauer? Tolles Fruchtaroma? Egal ich mag es!

375ml bottle as Oude Kriek Vieille, 6 % abv. bought at Vinmonopolet Sortland. Near clear dark red body, minimal lacing, dissipating pink head. Dry berry skins on the nose, cherries scent. Tart, dry, and sweet flavours of berries, cherries and raspberries. Dry ending with berry skins. Medium bodied. Cleanser qualities. (Stokmarknes 16.07.2018).

Bottle. Color: Pinkish red, pink head. Combination of moderate to medium sweet and sour cherry. Notes of wood ageing. Light bitterness. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium to above medium body, soft carbonation. Nice one.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie en Koenzie. Het is een donkerrood bier met een rossig schuim. Het heeft een wat zurige kersengeur. De smaak begint wat zoetig kersenachtig maar snel komt er een zure kersensmaak overheersen.

Bottle shared at partizan thanks to Daniel. A clear ruby red coloured pour with a lasting halo of white. Aroma is smoked cherry, raspberry and cherry . Flavour is composed of tart cherry, jammy fruit, smoke,. Palate is tart, mellow puckering sour, highish carbonation. Good.
