37.5 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow. No head. Apples and herbal. Sweet. Fruity. Apples. Fruity and spiced finish.

Bottled. A golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, flowers, leading to a dry finish.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours clear straw yellow with no head. Notes of apple pie (sweet apple, cinnamon, touches of brown sugar), sweet honey, light vanilla, graham cracker, light spicebox, clean, light alcohol heat, sweet long into the finish. Medium bodied, oily, flat. Very nicely done in that it nails what it says on the tin completely, it's quite sweet and not massively complex but it's still tasty.

375ml bottle at Alex's. Pours a clear blonde with bo head. Aroma is not very pleasant with lots spices, apple seeds, and some chemical notes. Similar taste, very sweet.

375mL bottle, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out a nice melange of spices, including nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice upfront, followed by wildflower honey and light apples. Flavour is fairly boozy, with the aforementioned spices, lots of booze, and honey apples. Boozy, spicy and well-integrated, with moderate sweetness on the finish. Very nice.

Golden. The aroma is quite sweet, with a little bit of graham cracker, and a fair bit of apple. Sweet, vanilla, apple, lots of graham cracker and vanilla. It's nice and desserts, maybe a touch of tannin.
